Me parare de muy mal gusto que haya hecho una cita para cortar el pelo de mi hijo y al llegar hayan hecho entrar a otro cliente adémate de mi y con muy buena cara me pidan que espere en la parte de afuera, por lo mismo pedí una cita, luego llame a pedir una explicación y muy claramente escuché a la señora que cuando le parece muestra buena cara, le escuche cuando claramente dijo que no quería hablar con migo, a veces hay que reconocer los errores y por lo menos dar una explicación, yo doy su cliente hace mucho tiempo, pero no más.
