Gina is rude. She didn’t want to take the item and give my money back.
I bought a baby sandal, the material is not good. I tried it on my niece’s feet when I got home. It started to peel off.
Found this Lil gem by accident but I'm glad I did. I made a very nice wig with the kit they have here. It comes with 3 bundles and a lace closure all in one and u can choose different types of hair. I chose this two tone yaky. I'm definately going to return, also the owner are very friendly and helpful.
My one and only place to get hair products in Sanford/Seminole county. The store is kept up and she stays rotating all products. You don't have to worry about dust settling on hair products or wigs here. She has a variety of accessories also including slides for your feet. ????
I have been coming to this store over 10 years and I love it. Gina have great patience and a big heart. She goes the extra mile to find the best hair for me within a reasonable price range. She always provided great customer service to me.
Customer service from the associate was great, she was very helpful. Gina was really nice. She laughed so hard when I said Crochet Noodle instead of needle. Lol
Gina's is the place to go for wigs and all types of hair weaves, lashes, plenty of hair products...
The lady that works there or owns the place is magnificent! She has a wonderful personality, She's one of the few Asian women that I have met that is just happy-go-lucky, ready to provide assistance with anything that you need, talkative and has a very clean store.
