I have been going here for a couple years and never have a problem I only let Linda do my nails but I did go in the other day and went somewhere else to get my nails done because she is outta town and the guy working was so rude to customers not only was he saying he can't do a balance he was trying to charge mall price and her son was on the longest lunch break ever and had a client waiting on him if she is not there to have control it's the worst
The person who did my nails what super nice and tried to make me feel comfortable. But the job as you can see is poor. Looks like I put fake nails from Walmart, even worse. I will never come back. This was just yesterday and you can see the details how bad they are.....
This place is a hot mess. Linda is a mess can not do nails at all. She messed my nails up and gave me infection. 3 nails broke 2 days after I got my balance. She was very rude and didn't want to fix my nails. Still charged me for fixing my nails. She's needs to fix that place up it's dirty. She's rude. Do not use this place.
This place has serious fell off! They will charge you $5 to use your card plus the place is nasty ???? they massage chairs are old and barely work ????????‍♀️ it’s garbage all behind the chairs just a hot mess!
I went to this place for a gel pedicure they charge $45 I was charged $57 and my polished chipped off the next day they was closed Monday by 4pm when the sign & web site says they are open until 6pm & 7pm come Tuesday I ask the lady to fix my nails & she gets VERY NASTY with me refuses to fix my feet & at as if I'm not seating in the chair & me asking for her to fix the problem that they did is too much for her & I need to pay her a extra $10 on top of the over charge she already did. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE NOT friendly & do NOT KNOW GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE/CARE
Linda was very welcoming and her customer service was great . But the way she cut my cuticles up had my fingers hurting for days … the acrylic work wasn’t smooth . It was uneven and the nail kind of looked like a thick press on nail. The polish was also sloppy . 35 dollars for a full set ,so I guess you get what u pay for .
VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THE WORST NAIL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO This Nail shop is horrible and the owner Linda is very unprofessional. They get mad because they hire staff that can’t paint toes or anything. I will never return to this shop. The men that work here can do better work then the women
