Tony and Kelly do an amazing job at both manicures and pedicures and they have the best customer service. Everyone at Joe’s nails is so nice and friendly. What I love most that that they are gentle and pay attention to details. I have bad decision fatigue and sometimes I just tell Kelly to choose my colors for me. I always leave feeling beautiful and relaxed.
Tony and Kelly are so kind and talented! They made us feel at home, and we walked out feeling beautiful. They did everything we asked and more! We will be coming back soon (:

Tony was AMAZING! He did exactly what I wanted and didn’t do what is called a “mountain” of acrylic. Haha I am so please with the realistic shape. Thank you so much Tony and Kelly. Merry Christmas ❤️????

Staff was VERY welcoming and talkative, which I loved. They did a great job on my pedi and didn’t make me bleed or anything. Very gentle and always asked how I was doing. Even changed my nail color when I didn’t like it.

Now why is this a 3 star rating? The manager posted a 5 star review for himself through my phone after offering to take a picture. He didn’t ask if it was a 5 star experience, he just looked for my Google and posted it. It gave me a good laugh but still not cool ????
The massage also wasn’t great, and I was skeptical of how they cleaned the tools…. But I don’t know for sure.
So how many of the reviews that say “Tony is the best!” was written by the manager? ????
