Never again I have visited this shop before and Henry did my pedi which came out great! This time I got a pedi it was a mess my 8 year old niece would’ve did a better job and for $53 dollars didn’t get the massage chair, toenails didn’t get clipped, polish and gel on my skin and had to sit back down for it to be fixed just as worst as first time as he finished no lotion or anything!!!!! I would not recommend this place unless u can get an appointment with Henry.
This place looks nice but they rushed my nails. The lady left my nails to do someone's feet which I didn't really care about. But she never came back the guy came over and had to fix my one nail. Because my coffin nails on my right hand were all round. For my polish she could have went over my nails at least one more time. But she didn't nor did he, he put clear polish on my nails after fixing them. Which made everything worse. My nails now have bubbles on them which I HATE and when the lady polished them she didn't clean them up. When he applied the clear polish he missed the corner of ALL MY NAILS. So now my nails are bubbly and half covered. My grandma wasted her money on our nails her nails were also done poorly by another lady. $100 down the drain do not go here. Also forgot to add she didn't cut my real nails so now 2 weeks letter from when I originally did my renew my nails are longer than should be. Another thing I forgot to add was the side of the nails isn't polished as you can see in the updated photos.
Julie is the best. Nails always looks beautiful and she listens to what you want.. Love her
I WILL NEVERRR come back to this salon. One of the owners a woman I've come to and brought people to in the past completely blew my mind. I made an appointment, I get to my am early and she begins working on someone else she knows better without an appt. I told her I was pressed for time I would have about an hour and a half but this shouldn't be hard to complete as I was just a fill in and basic French. I said If she couldn't finish in time then to tell me up front and I would wait until another day but no...she is able to do only my base coat and we run out of time! She says to come back after my other appt in 30/mins I come back and she is gone! The shop is closed and the emolyees are in the parking lot telling me she left. She had my number (we exchanged before I left)/she never called or told me she was leaving. Completely RUDE AND unacceptable CONSIDERING I PAID FOR MY FULL SERVICE AND DIDNT GET WHAT I CAME FOR. Then wasted my time and gas telling me to come back to a closed salon. I told her I will never be back and I recommend ANY OTHER SALON but this one. They're awful!
This is the dirtiest nail shop i've ever been to. They are rude here and it also smells bad. The service is bad. Everything is just bad. I would never recommended 'Nails USA' to anyone in a lifetime.
Still sitting here 30 minutes after my appointment. No one said hello when my daughter and I walked in. I like when the techs are friendly, it helps me feel good about spending my money.
Update: changed my 2 star to one. My gel nail peeled 2 days later. I spent 145$ for my daughter and I to get full sets and pedicures. Not worth it at all
I’ve been going here for a few years and never disappointed. Always greeted and treated with such kindness. Julie does my nails to perfection and always interested in my well being. I would go to any of them if Julie wasn’t available. Highly recommend
Julie always has my chair waiting when I make an appointment. She does a beautiful job on my American manicure, making them look completely natural and shaped exactly the way I like them! Nancy is a sweetheart as well, both are very conversational and friendly.
